Before you write

  1. Quote AuralFold Audio Master v1.0, your Mac model, macOS version and the selected audio output.
  2. Confirm that macOS system-audio permission is allowed, then state whether Enhance, Bypass or Off was selected when the issue occurred.
  3. Name the active Music, Cinema, Gaming, Creator or Work mode and mention whether a custom ten-band EQ or local analysis recipe was applied.
  4. Do not send copyrighted playback, Apple ID credentials or payment details. Export a minimal local diagnostic only if support specifically requests it.
Privacy and security

Support will never ask for an Apple ID password, payment card, recovery key or complete private archive. Redact personal paths, filenames and notes before attaching diagnostic material.
